The Absolutely True Diary Of A Part Time-Indian by Sherman Alexie

The book, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian is my favorite book in the world. It is so funny you could cry. Although it has been banned from many school systems, it will never make you snore.

Junior, the narrator of the story, decides to go to an all white school, even though the only other indian there would be the school mascot. He doesn’t want to be poor when grows up; Junior wants to follow his dreams. At his new school, Junior learns to stick up for himself without the help of Rowdy, his best friend at his home. Jr learns how to keep friendships, and handle his emotions. Junior faces major bullying, but makes a few good friends throughout the school year, too. In conclusion, this book is really good and you should read it.
